Award and the Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actress. Her other notable
films include Max Payne (2008) and The Book of Eli (2011) The romantic comedy
Friends with Benefits (2010), the fantasy movie Oz the Great and Powerful
(2013) where she plays the role of the Wicked Witch of the West. Ted (2012) and
Bad Moms (2016) are also among her most popular films. Milena Markovna Kunis
was the child of an Ukrainian Jewish family. She was born on August 14 1984 in
Chernivtsi (now Ukraine) to her Ukrainian Jewish mother and father. Mark Kunis,
her mechanical engineer father, is employed as a taxi driver. Kunis has an
older brother named Michael. Her parents were Holocaust survivors. Russian is
her mother language.
